Before You Even Walk In, We're Already Working
Your personalised moodboard, prepared before your consultation begins. Because every great ring starts with understanding the person wearing it.
The preparation begins before your consultation date.
Once you've booked, we'll ask you to send us photos of your partner: her Instagram, screenshots from her camera roll, anything that reflects how she carries herself day-to-day. We're not looking for a mood board (though those are welcome too). We're looking for signals: does she lean towards delicate and understated, or does she love a statement piece? Does she wear gold or silver? Does she favour clean lines or ornate detail?
We also ask if there are any designs she's admired or reacted to, positively or not. Both are useful. Knowing what she doesn't want is just as valuable as knowing what she loves.
This style analysis is what allows us to walk into your consultation with a personalised moodboard already prepared. You get a starting point, a sense of direction, and the reassurance that someone has thought carefully about this before you've said a word.

You'll explore different diamond options
Seeing the 10 classic diamond shapes in person, in real size, on your actual hand, changes everything. No more guessing from photos.
One of the most valuable parts of the consultation is the Diamond Discovery session.
We bring our full set of 10 classic gemstone shape samples in a range of sizes so you can see exactly how each shape and carat weight looks on a real hand. This matters more than most people expect. An oval that looks enormous in a photo may look elegant and perfectly proportioned in person. A round that seems small on screen can be exactly right once you see it.
This is the single clearest way to move from uncertainty to conviction. And it's something you simply cannot replicate by scrolling through photos online.
We introduce you to gems you may never have considered
Salt & pepper diamonds, bi-colour sapphires and opalescent sapphires. Gems most people have never seen in person, and immediately fall in love with.
As part of our discovery process, we may introduce you to rare gemstones from our private collection: opalescent sapphires with soft colour play, bi-colour sapphires that shift between two tones, salt & pepper diamonds with their distinctive galaxy-like inclusions. We might also show you unique cuts: movals, rose cuts, hexagons. Shapes that are architectural, distinctive, and far harder to find than a standard round.

We'll help you get the best quality within your budget, with a clear strategy, not vague suggestions.

Once we understand what you're drawn to, we'll have an honest conversation about what's achievable and how to get the best value for what you want to spend. If she's open to being part of the process, she's warmly invited to join. Many women love the discovery process: learning about diamond shapes, gemstone options, and how a ring is made from scratch. It takes the guesswork out of one of the most significant pieces of jewellery she'll ever own, and it turns the process into a shared memory before the ring is even made.
