8 Steps To Creating Your Dream Engagement Ring
Typically 6-10 weeks from first consultation to delivery
Step #1: Discovering Your Story
Week 1 - DIscovery
Using our proprietary Sherlock Holmes framework, we conduct a style deep-dive to uncover the details that make your ring uniquely hers: her aesthetic, the moments she treasures, and the design language that speaks to her.
Our goal is to answer these 5 questions below for a more concrete path forward:
Timeline - A minimalist ring can be created in 5-6 weeks but we recommend starting 2 months in advance if possible
Gemstone Type - Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby etc
Gemstone Shape - Round, Emerald, Cushion, Oval etc
Ring Design - Explore our ring store for inspiration
Gold Color - White, Rose or Yellow
At this stage, we will give you an idea of how different choices you make can impact pricing e.g. how Color Tones and Saturation affect the price of Sapphires, the pros and cons of a Halo vs a Simple Pavé band etc.

Step #2: Setting Your Goal
Week 1 - Planning
Based on the discussions we have had in Step 1, we set a concrete budget that we work towards for your engagement ring.
This allows you to have the peace of mind that all costs below will be covered in a single all-in price :

Any additional Diamonds or Gemstones that create the final look
All Custom Design Work to ensure beauty, structural integrity and comfort for everyday wear
All Setting, Finishing and Polishing costs by hand
One-time Complimentary Ring Resizing
To get started, a 50% deposit secures your place on our calendar. This commitment allows us to put the best gemstones on hold as the highest quality stones with amazing value always move quickly.
Step #3: Shortlisting Your Gemstone
Weeks 1 to 3 - Sourcing
We source globally for GIA-certified natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and rare coloured gemstones matched to your brief. We prioritise brilliance and value at every budget.

Depending on the complexity of your specific search, this process usually takes approximately 7 - 15 business days (it can take longer if your gem is rare or less if we recently conducted a similar search for another client).
Step #4: Selecting “The One”
Week 3 - selection
We present 2–3 gems in order of our recommendation, walking you through the quality rationale for each. You make the final call with full confidence.

Step #5: Securing Your Gemstone
Week 3 - COnfirmation
Your chosen gem is taken off the market. The balance payment confirms your gem and your custom design phase begins. The best stones always move fast, this step protects your gem.
Step #6: Perfecting Your Design
Weeks 3 to 5 - Design
Our state-of-the-art 3D modelling process creates a preview built around your exact gemstone dimensions and ring size. We iterate until it achieves perfect balance and harmony.

Step #7: Crafting Your Custom Piece
Weeks 5 to 9 - Crafting
Our team of skilled artisans casts, sets, and hand-finishes your piece. You receive real-time WhatsApp updates as we reach key milestones.
18K white, rose or yellow gold: ~4 weeks from design approval
Platinum: ~6 weeks (more complex casting required)

Delivery and Beyond
The day you’ve been waiting for has arrived.
Your new custom piece come exquisitely packaged in our signature ardoise gray box. If you live in Singapore, we deliver in person and celebrate with you. If you live overseas, we will send your jewelry via insured international shipping.
For proposals, we stay with you right through the big moment.
