     Upon booking, your will receive a Zoom link via e-mail. If you would to request an in-person consultation, that option is available for selection in the booking form.

  • Our regular consultations are usually held on Zoom for the convenience and privacy of our clients but we do offer limited slots for in person consultations at your request. During this consultation you will enjoy our in-depth Diamond Discovery process where you get to see the 10 classic diamond shapes and sizes. If you are creating an engagement ring or wedding band, your partner is most welcome to join so that we can take his/her ring size.

    Where relevant, we will also present an exclusive selection of gemstones from our private collection, each meticulously chosen to complement your custom jewelry design. The location will be determined on WhatsApp after booking.

  • The deposit is non-refundable as this will allow our team to prepare concrete design ideas your ring in advance and curate a comprehensive list of gemstones and diamonds that will suit you and your partner based on your answers to our initial discovery questions. You will also experience our proprietary personality and style analysis that has yielded our clients the best results.

    We are known for providing neutral and unbiased advice to help you discover what works best for you.

    No matter what you decide, everyone who books a consultation has said it is well worth it because our expert guidance and strategies will help you get the best value for your ring. This will allow you to make conscious decisions about both the aesthetic and practical aspects from the beginning and help you avoid costly mistakes.

  • You will have absolute clarity on next steps (you will know your gemstone shape, gemstone type, design direction and a realistic ceiling that will help you get the best quality and value) and a concrete timeline to plan with.

     Functionally, once we have settled on a direction for your jewelry in terms of the design and gemstone you would like, a 50% deposit is required to officially begin the search for your gemstone.

    This commitment allows us to put the best gemstones on hold as the highest quality stones with amazing value always move quickly.

    In our search, we take into account:

    ● Your priorities (e.g. size, shape, value)

    ● Cutting - whatever your budget, it is our top priority to maximize brilliance and sparkle

    ● Colour and Clarity (in diamonds, we find you the best value combination so you can maximize size)

    Given our years of experience working directly with gemstone cutters, this process usually takes us anywhere from 10-20 business days (it can take longer if your gem is rare or less if we recently conducted a similar search for another client).

    After the search, we revert with a selection of the best diamonds or gemstones we would recommend.

    Usually we narrow it down to 2 or 3 that we would be thrilled to buy ourselves based on the quality of the cut and the value of that option.

    We rank these options in order of preference so you can get a sense of what we think is best. We will then review them together and pick your favourite.

    Once we agree on your gemstone, the 50% balance is required so we can officially take it off the market for you and start customizing your design.

  • We recommend starting at least 2-3 months before you are looking to propose, but the total time needed depends on the complexity of your ring. Selecting the right gemstone requires time, especially if it is a unique cut or colour. Furthermore, creating a custom ring is akin to building architecture at a miniature scale, and since all our pieces are created specifically for your gemstone and ring size, more time is needed for multiple iterations and fine-tuning before we give the final design the official greenlight.

    Generally, a minimalist ring in 18K White, Rose or Yellow Gold ring takes approximately 6 weeks from the time you approve the design.

    A Platinum ring can take longer (approx 8 weeks from the time of approval) because more complex work is required.

    If you require international shipping, please add 1 week to the timeline to be safe.

  • We are based in Singapore but we work with clients all around the world. Our booking system integrates with payment processor Stripe which is limited to USD. Rest assured you will be charged in the SGD equivalent.
